New Designs for 2008
Every year, we work with our Amish partners to design several new furniture pieces. Here is a summary of what we have in the queue for 2008.
Unless otherwise noted, no sketches or photos of our new designs are available at this time.
New on harmonycedar.com:
Dining room tables: In March, we launched three new table designs: eastern, colonial (square and round) and railroad.
Pub sized dining room tables: We are also working on several smaller table designs, including a drop leaf table. You can read more details on these new designs on the Erik Organic Blog.
Dining servers and hutches: We have introduced a new shaker style server and hutch. We have photos of several new custom pieces on our flickr photo gallery.
Dining room chairs: We are working on several new dining chair designs. One new design was introduced in April, it is called the colonial style chair. Several other designs will be available this summer. One new chair is based on the popular lancaster design -- but the slats will be horizontal instead of vertical. Another chair design is pictured here. In addition, we will have higher-resolution photos of the zen, eastern, trestle and harvest style chairs available soon.
New leather seat design: We introduced a new design for the leather seat which is more compacted and rounded. This option is available n all chairs, benches and barstools.
Cedar chests: We introduced a new chest design in March, the colonial cedar chest.
New website design: We will be publishing a new website in July, which will be using the same software as the erikorganic.com website.
